Home Information Packs (HIP’s) – SOLICITORS
We are able to offer a range of services to Solicitors to enable the efficient and profitable production of Home Information Packs.
Smart Step properties Group aim is always based on supporting local business relationships between estate agents, solicitors and surveyors.
We understand the importance of a solicitor's involvement in the HIP production process in interpreting the search results and other HIP documents for consumers and arranging for any necessary further searches or enquiries.
In response to demand from our current solicitor clients, we now focus on a white labelling service.
* White labelling of software where solicitors do not want to have direct involvement in providing HIP’s. This means our dedicated team take all responsibility for assembly of the pack although the pack itself is re-branded so that the customer only sees the solicitor’s logos and contact details.
Our fees are one of the cheapest in the country and allow a significant margin for onward sale, so you can keep your overheads as low as possible and maximise your profits.
What we do.
Make your HIP our No 1 priority, sourcing searches and Domestic Energy Assessors in-house and from across the nation.
